We offer several submission options which vary depending on speed of
turnaround, insured value limits and coin category. We refer you to the
submission center for an easy reference of these
services. Here is a more detailed description:
Budget U.S.
Our most inexpensive service, Budget U.S., allows you to submit coins valued under $100
for economical grading at the amazing price of just $10 per coin.
We estimate a 20-day turnaround but you can expect faster service
in most cases. Sorry, we cannot offer variety designations or coins valued over $100 for
this basic rate. Note, there is a 10-coin minimum per submission at this tier and
AuthentiVIEW™
imaging of your coins is not offered on this tier due to the value.
Standard U.S.
Our most popular service, Standard U.S. will get your coins graded at the great base price of
$13 with
free AuthentiVIEW™ imaging. Variety service is available for an extra
fee per coin and coins over $ 500 will be charged 2% of their excess insured value.
There is a 5-coin minimum on this service tier.
Fast-Track U.S.
Our Fast-Track U.S. service gives you 5-day turnaround with insured value
up to $3,500 per coin with
the ability to add variety designations for an added fee of $ 10.
At the base rate of $ 18, this is one of the best grading values in the
industry.
Turbo U.S.
If you need your coins graded quickly, then Turbo U.S. is the choice for you. We'll
get your submission graded in 1 or 2 days and shoot them right back to you.
Colonials, Cal Gold & Patterns
In these specialized categories we charge a little more to get it right. We've also
given ourselves extra time in case specialty research is required. If we can turn
your submission around faster, you can bet we will.
Signature Series
The Signature Series is our most exciting and innovative submission tier. We are
currently lining up the most respected numismatic specialists in their categories
to grade, authenticate and determine varieties with their signature of expertise
right on the label. We are currently have Signature graders in the areas of Indian
cents, Bust coinage Seated half dollars, and Barbers, among others. Click here for details.
Budget World
The Budget World is a great way for you to get inexpensive world coins
graded and certified. We offer no frills at this basic rate of $15
but most submissions at this level don't need any. Note, there is a 10-coin
minimum per submission at this tier and AuthentiVIEW™
imaging of your coins is not offered on this tier due to the value.
Standard World
Most world coins will fall into this submission tier, and for the base rate of
$20, it won't cost you an arm and a leg to get your
world coins certified. Of course, free AuthentiVIEW™ imaging is provided. Coins
over $ 500
will be charged 2% of their excess insured value.
There is a 5-coin minimum on this service tier.
Fast-Track World
For valuable world coins we offer the Fast-Track World tier.
With a base rate of $30, you have insured value up to
$3,500 without added costs. AuthentiVIEW™ imaging is
provided free of charge.
There is a 3-coin minimum on this service tier.

Pedigree/Personalization
For just $2 per coin, you can add your own personal message to appear
on the coin label.
Possible uses include:

· Graduation

Reholder Service
We will reholder DGS slabs with new plastic and new labels (where necessary) for a nominal fee of $5.
This is for DGS coins only. PCI-graded coin must be submitted under the crossover/regrade tier fee (see below).
Crossover/Regrade Fee
Coins from other grading services, including PCI, may be submitted to DGS for crossover/regrade. In both cases,
submitter may elect to specify a minimum grade.
DGS will only regrade the coin if the new grade meets or exceed
the specified minimum grade. There is an addition handling fee of $2 fee per coin for the crossover/regrade service.
Variety Designation
For an additional fee, DGS will research and/or verify the specific variety of submitted coin(s), as designated by the
accepted reference materials within the series. This fee will only be charged on coins for which we can determine the
variety with confidence. Examples include: VAM (Van Allen-Mallis: Morgan & Peace dollars); LM (Logan-McCloskey:
Early half dimes); Snow (Indian cents); L (Lawrence: Barber coinage); and so on.
